USHPA - HGX

Worked on some ushpa projects for membership management and questionnaire management. I have worked on building questionnaire generator library, membership and contacts management system and PII information encryption for HIPAA compliance. Both the projects were built with ruby 2.2 on rails 4.2 and have great test coverage using semaphoreci and uses rspec, capybara with PostgreSQL.
