Shiperd is a shipment management platform. I worked on this project from its start and I was main developer till its launch. The platform was developed using AngularJs, and backed with AWS services including DynamoDB, SES, and IAM with Auth0.

Yallamotor is a portal to buy, sell and discuss new and used cars. I worked on this from start and developed used cars module. Used ruby 1.9, rails 3.2, jquery, google maps, elastic search, facebook integration. I also encorporated Elastic Search (http://www.elasticsearch.org/) with factes for this project.

With over 900 active clients, HubWorks! (an australian child care management system) was large and complex application, and the work was challenging and rewarding. The application had a lot of lagacy code to be taken care of. My Job was to add feature enhancements to the application and to refurbish some of the previous code. Used ruby 1.9.2, Rails 2.3.5/Rails 3, prototype and jQuery, HAML and PostgreSQL 9.2.

Worked on some ushpa projects for membership management and questionnaire management. I have worked on building questionnaire generator library, membership and contacts management system and PII information encryption for HIPAA compliance. Both the projects were built with ruby 2.2 on rails 4.2 and have great test coverage using semaphoreci and uses rspec, capybara with PostgreSQL.

Recently worked with The Hathersage Group, on some corporate apps. One of them is a campaign and logo management application for a fortune 500 company and other one is membership and plans management application for a gliding association. The erlier is with ruby 1.9 on rails 3.2 while the later is with ruby 2.2 on rails 4.2 and both application have great test coverage using SolanoCI and both use rspec, capybara with PostgreSQL.

Nimblein is an under development, full fledge Project Management system. Major modules include task management, discussions, file management, notification system, and integrations with many external services like Hipchat, Jira and github etc is also developed. I am working on this project from scratch and mainly have worked on task management, notifications and integrations modules. The applications is under development with ruby 2.6, rails 5, rspec, capybara, factoryGirl, PostgreSQL, faye, omniauth, puma and uses Vue 2 as front-end framework.

Meet GimmeAnother, a mobile e-commerce app that lets shoppers save their favorite items to their smartphones and reorder them later. The product works on cutting edge rails utilizing different cloud API for its need. Uses ruby 2, rails 4, cloudinary, spreedly, sentry, with PostgreSQL.

PETSAPP is a marketplace to exchange services for pets. I worked on this from scratch as the lead developer. Used ruby 1.9, rails 3.2.5, jquery, google maps, facebook integration. I developed a custom calendar plugin in jQuery that is used to share and update availabity statuses of users.

Donorbox is a crowdfunding service for donations to nonprofit organizations, charities, churches, mosques, schools, and other causes. They have about 18,000 organizations and individuals, including Truthout, MAP and more. I worked on this project for more than a year on different features including Zapier and salesforce integration. The application uses ruby 3.0, rails 6.1, bcrypt, sidekiq, wicked_pdf, authlogic, plaid, paypal, stripe, oauth2, minitest, VCR, etc.

Syncta is a web-based platform in the water utility and compliance software industry. It helps automate backflow testing, reporting, and compliance tracking for testers and utilities. The system streamlines test scheduling, electronic report submission, and customer notifications. It’s a cloud-based solution accessible via desktop and mobile, enhancing operational efficiency for water safety professionals.

Selfbook operates in the hospitality and fintech space, providing a booking and payment orchestration platform for hotels. It modernizes the guest experience with one-step checkouts, digital wallet integration (like Apple Pay and Google Pay), and robust fraud prevention. The tech stack includes secure payment APIs and integration tools that work seamlessly with hotel management systems.

TripsEtc. is a traditional travel agency that offers personalized travel planning through its website. The platform includes destination guides and travel package information. Though the specific tech stack is not public, it is built with standard web technologies and includes basic contact and booking features designed for user convenience.

DB Designer is a cloud-based application tailored for software development and database modeling. It supports visual schema design, team collaboration, and reverse/forward engineering for databases. Users can export SQL scripts and work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite, and MSSQL. It is widely used by developers and DBAs for collaborative design work.

Voxiplan serves the appointment scheduling and AI automation industry. It features an AI-powered virtual assistant that allows businesses to automate bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling across phone, web, and chat interfaces. The platform integrates with major calendar systems like Google, Microsoft Outlook, and iCal, offering a flexible and scalable solution for client-facing teams.

Salah Qareeb mobile application that helps users track daily prayer and Jamaat times, as well as find nearby mosques. The app is built using React Native and utilizes location and map tools to offer a user-friendly experience. All data was added statically in the codebase without using APIs.

In Abdullah Aid project developed donation forms and back-end logic for a PHP-based charity website. Handled responsive design, backend modifications, and integrated multiple global campaign features.

Adlance is a marketing site using Laravel, fulfilling custom feature requests and creating dynamic sections with animations and styling. Delivered both front-end and back-end solutions, including payment integration.

Wickedstart is a SaaS for entrepreneurs for giving a kick start to their ideas. Used ruby 1.8.7, rails 2.3, jQuery with many plugins. I worked on this from scratch along with another developer and provided the public, internal and admin side of the project. We also provided statistical reporting for the owner of the site. I also setup the servers for this site on CentOS.

Foodbam is an ordering application for mobile and desktop users targeting local restaurants. Dining Alliance the company behind foodbam is America’s largest group purchasing organization for local restaurants, with multi-unit foodservice operators, and regional chains it is revolutionizing the foodservice industry. The project is built on AngularJS on NGBP template and uses JayData. I was frontend developer and consumed backend APIs provided by the client.

Hashdoc is a new kind of professional knowledge base aimed to help consultants and industry professionals find and share useful digital resources. The project revolves around free and paid document sharing and has built strong analytics system on the shared documents.Worked on the Insights module by saving and processing events on documents to display analytics as graphs and metrics, while also contributing to other modules across the project. The project uses ruby 2.2, Rails 4.2, MongoDB, MySql, omniauth, and supports paypal payments.

Car Parts is an Inventory Management System for automobile industry. Hosted on client's internal servers, this was a big project(100+ Models with module hierarchy) and I joined this project to port it from rails 3.0.7 to 3.2.11 and add new features and old fixes. This project had a very nice unit and functional test coverage that I also carried in my modules. Used ruby 1.9, rails 3, jQuery, TestUnit and PostgreSQL.

Memofire is an flashcard based accelerated learning system. I joined this project for providing paypal integration and some other new features and some old fixes. Used ruby 1.9, rails 3, jquery, HTML5, CSS3, BDD with Cucumber and Capybara.
